BEANS ON TOAST
Beans on toast for lunch today, zhushed up with caramelized onions and various sprinklings of this and that. The smoked paprika did wonders as did the spread of whole drain dijon underneath for zing. With the world as it is, all the more reason to make a hearty lunch. Were you all here, I'd make you one too!
