MAINLY SQUEEZED
Think I was equally excited as Bean to see Jetsons: The Movie when it came out in theatres. Or if I wasn’t, I certainly enjoyed it once I settled in. Elroy’s code put to song. Reminds me of being a little kid, and deciding it would be fun to work out a way that would allow my family to say “I love you” without words. Enter the hand squeeze. Typical of a 4-yr-old. Many offer three squeezes in lieu of those three little words, but I opted for two- one for me and one for you. Rather, for the reciprocating family member. Often, if something must be hidden, there’s something wrong with it. Yet this particular coding made for a happy secret and exclusivity to one of the best things in life: love. I remember the first test squeeze- I beamed as I received two distinct squeezes while crossing the street into a nearby store, sure to carefully squeeze back all the more.
