A deconstructed BLT complete with plenty of avo-my-cado. Fun to make, better to share. With each additional item piled on, it seemed impossibly high and entirely unwieldy to start, but once begun, it all went down without complaint.

Cilantro and garlic, count me in! Savory meat, kinda chewy bun, some crunch from the carrot and the perdiest bits of cucumber. Super- heavy on the duper- delicious! And wonderfully gracious service as well.
