This is what happens when you intend to make a Dutch baby-slash-German pancake, but only have self-rising flour on hand. The impressively poofed up edges and thin-bottomed reservoir are replaced by marvelously mountainous nooks and crannies that hold the lemon, butter, and powdered sugar in what equate to little caves of clandestine flavor. I’d go this way again.
