TODAY WAS A
Today was a delight! Spent it at Emerald City Comic Con. Much thanks to my employer for the opportunity! <3 I’m still on a mental high from all the phenomenal art witnessed! Me and a friendly coworker-slash-coworkerly friend made our way through row after row packed with eye candy and chats with fellow artists. Ideas and inspiration galore! (More, more!) There’s nothing like talking art and design with someone who speaks the language and really “gets” it. People in costume came outta the woodwork by midday and we managed to wrap up with a Gwendoline Christie (Brienne of Tarth from Game of Thrones!) sighting and the tail end of the Rainn Wilson (Dwight from The Office) interview. These nifty handmade fez hats demanded attention. I may now own a tassel (not two).
